and Conditions
All payment is via paypal, please ensure that your
address is correct on your account. All payment
should be in pound sterling. All products are sent
out free of charge in the UK via 2nd class post.
If you wish your product to be sent 1st class or
recorded please contact
me. This will incur an extra fee. All orders will
be shipped with 7 days, if the product is out of
stock we will inform you and endeavour to ship within
14 days. If you require shipping outside of the
UK please contact me for
a postage quote. All personalised
orders can take up to 28 days but we often get these
to you quicker. The charge for personalised
items is £5.
Returns/Exchanges
We are happy to refund or exchange your product
if you are unhappy with the product or colour. Personalised
items are not returnable. All goods need to be returned
within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that you
return the product in the condition you received
it as this could affect your refund. Please ensure
you get proof of purchase for shipping. Shipping
is not refundable as your product was posted to

All products are handmade or finished in the UK,

Care of your eddie and teddie
product
The main fabric is 100% cotton. The felt and filling
of the bedspread and cushion pads are 100% polyester.
To care for your eddie and teddie product please
wash at 30 degrees, do not tumble dry, do not dry
clean and iron on a low heat but take care not to
directly iron on the felt.
